Return and Refund Policy

We are proud of the quality of our products and offer a workmanship guarantee of one hundred percent. In the case of defects or errors on our part, we will provide a free replacement. Please note, however, that we do not accept returns due to user error, such as choosing the wrong size, design, or color.

Refunds (If applicable)

We are committed to providing products of the highest quality and will replace your order for any of the following reasons:

The product is defective.
The print quality is inadequate.
The product received is not identical to the one pictured on our website.

This information will help us process a replacement and prevent errors in the future. Our customer service representatives will examine your claim. If accepted, we will ship you a replacement at no cost.

Customers are responsible for transportation costs associated with returns and exchanges. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return. Unauthorized returns or items that have been worn, laundered, or damaged are not eligible for a refund or exchange, and the item will be forfeited.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Please verify your bank account if you haven’t received a refund yet. Contact your credit card issuer as it may take some time for the refund to be posted to your account. Contact your creditor next. Sale Items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are broken or defective. Send us an email at [email protected] if you would like to exchange an item for the same item. Our customer service representatives will examine your claim. If your submission is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and dispatched directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift donor had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will notify the gift giver and issue a refund.


If your claim is approved, we will provide you with return instructions; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you receive one. Depending on your location, the shipping time for exchanged items may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you are returning an item over $75, as we cannot guarantee its receipt.
